All my recipes use NZ standard measures. A tablespoon is 15 ml, dessertspoon is 10 ml, teaspoon is 5 ml.
A metric cup is 250 ml.
Oven temperatures are based on a standard bake temperature. If you use a fan forced oven, reduce the temperature by 10 to 20 degrees.
